From how I understand it.. You can use whatever florist you would like however you will not be credited for anything that you do not use in the wedding package.  If you choose to use someone else Im not sure how the set-up works.

You can use any florist. However there is a $100 vendor fee at the Grand. I am not sure about the other 2 properties. If you use Godfrey Guy he will pay the fee.

Will Iberostar allow you to use another outside florist besides tai flora? I was told by them we could not use another florist.

Thanks

Great question...I am also thinking about the difference.  In some of the resort reviews you can see the brides different decisions.  My question is having my guest have to move from place to place...stop 1 the ceremony, stop 2 dinner, stop 3 disco.  Or just rent out the restaurant so everything will be right there.  Right now I don't know if I am going to reach 40 people to have the option anyway.

Also if I was to hold my reception at the Gourment Restaurant is there enough room for dancing?

Thanks

She also said that if the florist is the just coming to drop off the flowers and not staying the whole day, then the vendor fee would not apply.

Oh okay I will have to keep that in mind! I am not trying to go crazy with flowers anyway but that is good to know. Plus I am getting married at the beach so maybe that's just for that location.

Hello Ladies! I just wanted to say that I just got back form a site visit at Iberostar Rose Hall Suites for 4 days and the trip was fantastic! I met with Nicole at the Suites and Elizabeth at the Beach. Both coordinators were so sweet and both resorts are gorgeous! You ladies have definitely made the right choice!!

Happy Planning:)

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
