Iberostar Rose Hall Brides - Post all info/questions here!

Recommended Posts

That is a very good question about more than one bride wanting to rent out a space.  I also have to keep reminding myself that there will be brides there on Friday and Saturday, and they may have the area I want from my welcome dinner or something.  I am surprised I haven't heard anyone in the reviews talk about bumping heads with another wedding.  Any past brides willing to comment on this please do.

Aww thanks :)  It makes me feel better that you have been there and still chose the Beach.  It's been great being a future Suites bride, but I'm sure being a future Beach bride will be just as fun!

The only significant difference I can see is with regards to the restaurants - at the Beach, you have to have 40 guests to rent out either restaurant.  At the Suites, it's quite a bit less. I also liked the restaurant choices better at the Suites, but in the end I'm sure it won't matter much.

Also, I don't see the bonfire option in the info I got for the Beach - is it still possible?  We'd love to do that for our welcome party.

Something else just occurred to me - all 3 resorts share the disco, right?  So what happens if two brides, at the Suites and the Beach, want to rent it out on the same night?  We're thinking of renting out the disco if we don't end up having enough people to rent out a restaurant.

I am booked at the IRHB Feb.1/2012. Just wondering if anyone has recently priced out the different florists.

What are the options from Tai Flora in terms of what is included in the wedding package? Any pics??

Just wondering if it is worth looking into another florist?

I booked my florist through Floral Fantasy in Negril. Thier prices were the most reasonable out of the florists I looked at. I got my bouquet, 3 bridesmaid bouquets, 6 bouts, 2 corsages and 6 centerpices for 500! That price includes delivery and taxes. Contact Rose @ wazrose@yahoo.com. Let her know Nooshin referred you :)

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
