My wedding is on November 22, 2010 and I will post a full  review once I return.  I will answer any questions you have for me.  As far as the planning is concerned, everything has gone pretty smooth and I am very grateful!

I am about to, but that is the Canadian Thanksgiving, not the American one. Ours is on October 11th this year. We leave for Jamaica on October 9th, and get married on the 14th. No turkey for us this year! LOL

Hey everyone,

Our travel plans are all finalized! Now just need people to book their trip :)

I also just checked and expeida.ca and .com are having a sale on flight+hotel pkgs to iberostar rose hall suites that are just as good as my group booking discount!

Also, my T.A's co-worker just got back from the resort and said it was amazing!!! She met with Nicole and she said wonderful things about her. She also said that their buffet has lobster :) yum yum!

We leave Thursday (early  morning), wedding is Monday.  Today is my last day of work and tomorrow is appointments-highlight/cut, wax and manicure followed by packing and hopefully not too many last minute details.  I hope to be able to de-stress as soon as I step onto the plane!!!  Is 6am too early to start drinking??

When do you arrive?  Are you ready??

Hahaha Nikki, its not so bad. I'll be better once my Jack and Jill party is done in two weeks. Planning that has eaten a lot of my time. I am also job searching/interviewing right now, I work full-time and have 3 different projects on the go with my part time business.

I'm sooo ready to be on the beach. :)

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
