I faxed in my wedding date request to the Suites over two weeks ago and have not heard a response. I emailed Nicole multiple times and even tried calling but she "wasn't available."

Is anyone else experiencing this frustration and lag in response! All I want is a confirmation!!! any suggestions? :/

When i went on my own it took a while to hear from them but after I got a TA, she took care of everything and I was booked in no time. You might want to try using your TA or finding a TA who is familiar with the resort.

Sorry i have been a little MIA work has been crazy!!!!!! Congradulations on the big day. I can't wait to hear all about it!!! 112 wow that is big. I'm sure nicole is gonna do a kick ass job. I know that alot of people have had a hard time getting her on the phone but I think that this is her worst month. When andrew and i met her in January she seemed really attentive to the wedding happening on site.

Hi I am sorry about your experience Nicole is a very good planner sometimes they have a whole lot of stuff on their plate at the hotel but try the hotel number 8766800000 and ask for her extension i have gotten her a few times through this number or you can ask the operator when she answers to radio her before they transfer you. Also if you are using Grande Garden for flowers they have her cell number that they can get a hold of her and have her call you, this i have also done. She is a great girl does a good job!! dont give up on her! Let me know if you get her.

When I booked my wedding at the Iberostar Beach hotel, the WC had to send me the wedding request form.

It just has some basic details to fill out and you send it with your scanned passport or other ID and scanned credit card.

You just need to download the PDF wedding information package on their website. Where it says "CLICK HERE" in bold. Its the last page of the package:
