LOVE this post!!!  I'm a Michael's girl, but their prices can be completely out of control.  I've started early and every week I go there and buy 1 item.  Yup just 1 item, no matter how cheap.  Every purchase you make there you get a coupon for 40% off one item.  Sure you may feel crazy using a coupon on something little that only cost $3.00, but in the end the savings are HUGE!

Great post! Definitely true that "on sale" does not mean it's a cheap, poorly constructed product. Thanks for the tips and reminders.

I like the tips given especially number 1. I always look for another options and items which fairly high in quality but very affordable prices. i make sure that I choose the best among the choices on the shops.

I you sign up for Vista Print's emails, and keep an eye out those sorts of things come on for free.  I got my 100 STD postcards for free, and paid about $15 in shipping, which also included address labels (free), magnets (free) and a few Christmas presents.
