I've been to the Barcelo & the Bahia Principe - both are great properties. I'm thinking I'm going to to choose the Ocean Turquesa & Coral or the Dreams Tulum. What I first did was figure out what I thought my guests would spend, I then looked up pricing for the mth I want to get married on selloffvacations.com and then I checked out the resorts in that price range and looked into their wedding packages.
