Rich Bride Poor Bride~ New episode!

So, I'm watching the new episode right now on WE. Anyone else? I have to say that I'm really 'over' the whole wedding show with crazy, mean, rude, yelling brides! I swear every show is turning into Bridezillas. What happened to the wedding being about getting MARRIED? I would love it if one of these shows was about nice brides and grooms who love each other and can't wait to spend the rest of their lives together. If I could reach thru the tv right now and choke this girl I would. lol (hope none of you know her lol )

Kelly, you are so right. I was watching Bridezillas today and it was so sad that it wasn't even funny. The bride was sooo mean to her fiance. She was continually yelling at him--telling him he was fat and stupid. It made her look like such an ugly person (on the inside). I would love to see a happy story about couples that are in love and work together for a wonderful wedding.

I saw that Bridezilla episode too, but its expected from Bridezillas. I recorded Rich bride, Poor bride cause I wanted to watch a show w/ normal girls planning beautiful weddings. But this girls was CRAZY! i didn't even watch the whole thing cause I was so fed up bridezillas all day I couldn't stand it anymore.

I dont really understand the whole "Bridezilla" thing. Just because you're getting married, does not give you license to be a complete whore to the rest of the world. Really now, no one cares that you're getting married other than you, FI, some family and some friends. The rest of the world could care less. People have been getting married all over the world for thousands of years - Bridezillas you're not special. The whole thing is ugly.

Which episode was it? Was it the crazy bride who yelled "You want a renovation?! I'll GIVE you a renovation!!!" and then banged the hammer through the bathroom wall? That was the craziest bride on that show I've ever seen. I was actually mad the whole time I was watching it.

 

I have seen one episode of RBPB where the bride and groom were soooo cute and totally in love! I loved that couple. I forget their names but the wedding was beautiful, it was in the winter.

Totally agree. I can not stand bridezillas, and dont get why just cause they are getting married, each and every detail needs to be micromanaged. That would take the fun out of it for me anyway. They are going to remember their wedding as a stressful time in their lives, not a joyous celebration. And what good is joyous celebration that takes blood sweat and tears to plan?

Bridezillas are bridezillas for attention and their family, friends, and FI allow them to act that way! Like the one yesterday where she was flat out rude to her FI saying he was fat (when she needed to look in a mirror, they were the same size!) an getting an etiquette coach. If it were me and my FI acted that way, we would be finished!

 

Ya the RBPB was the crazy "renovation" girl, and was upset through it all too!

Not all the Rich BRide, Poor Bride girls are bad. My FH and I watched one this weekend and we were both thinking this one was reasonable (for once!)

It is touch and go with that show with regards to mean brides.

It was the one with the hammer thru the bathroom wall! I was just really surprised that RBPB decided to go with that as their first episode of the new season. I hope its not a sign of things to come. Its sad that people acting so ugly are what bring in the ratings and the advertising dollars. I'm so sick of the I what what I want when I want it attitude. I hope that after these people watch the show they are sooooo embarrassed! I probably won't make an effort to watch again...

I agree I hope the rest of the season isn't like that. I love watching RBPB. I haven't seen one yet with a girl that acted like a bridezilla til last night. I watch RBPB because it's normally a show with beautiful brides planning their beautiful weddings, and its very interesting to see what people get w/ their budget.
