Amanda..we checked out luggage and didn't go in right away..I'm sure you could go for a snooze but I wouldn't recommend it..what if you miss your flight lol Personally, I was too excited to sleep!!

OK..I have a situation..We are moving to London for February 1st but I have to start my new job on January 19th and I have no where to stay. I'm stressed over the idea of having to stay in London by myself to begin with and now it seems as if I will have to stay in a motel or something. I need to stay there from Sunday the 18th to Friday morning the 23rd and then again on Sunday the 25th to Friday morning.

WHERE DO I STAY?!?! Any recommendations?!?!
what is it you are looking for?? something close to work? good price??
There are lots of nice hotels on wellington and throughout downtown.
If I was around, I would come visit ya but we will still be in jamaica. London is a fun place though, there is lots to do....shopping, movies, casino. It won't be as bad as you are making it. Trust me.

Happy New Years ladies!!! Have a safe & fun night!!!

Oh, Angela & Christene...I was wondering if you guys received a gift cert. from Sunquest?? It's for either a 3 pc. luggage set, or a $200 credit for the Sunquest boutique (I didn't even know they had one!!) I was wondering what you girls were opting for!

Holy Crap. I feel like I have been gone for forever. I had to read 50 posts this morning only on this thread. You ladies talk a lot :)

I am staying at the double tree and then heading over to the airport at 4. Poop! I will keep an eye out for bald heads. We got our voucher from sunquest and went with the prepaid amex card. I still haven't gotten my tickets from our travel agent. She keeps tell me they don't have to release them until 2 weeks before the trip. Well by my calculations that is on Saturday so on Monday I will be calling her and asking where the heck my tickets are. I feel good because my guests are also bugging her. Amanda you got drink tickets- aren't you at an all inclusive. Did I miss something?

I have started packing. My FI thinks I am crazy. I am just counting down the days I have to work. 6 left including this afternoon.

Did you order the luggage already?? How long does it take to get it?? I'd love to have new stuff for the wedding, but my concern is timing now.

We still don't have our tickets yet either - I guess I should be asking my TA about them soon!! No...I didn't get drink tickets. But Angela did I think - I think it's for the plane, not when you get there!

*Lol* we do talk alot..we are queen blabber!!!!

You guy are lucky ducks...I got a buttload of days to work still sad.gif Booo!!!

I got my tickets on christmas eve actually which I was very surprised. I originally thought they would be e-tickets but it was an actual slip of paper we got in a big sunquest folder. And yes, the free vouchers for drinks were for on the plane.

I ordered the luggage just before christmas and it was here within a week...was super fast!!! If you order it now, you might have it in time to use it to go!

I was reading on skyservice the other night and you can also reserve specific seats..the cost is $35. I believe a few in our group may be doing this as my noni (grandma) is 85 and will probably wanna be close to the front. It's something to think about.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
