Ocean Turquesa & Coral Brides?

Recommended Posts

Hello everyone.

I'm new here :) I am also interested in getting married at Ocean Turquesa, could somebody also send me the wedding packages that they offer?? :) I've emailed the resort but I'm not too sure that I had the right contacts.

How's all the planning going so far??

Thanks!

Barb - I have the packages and I'll send them to you tonight. Maybe send me your email and I'll send you all the info I have.

MsShelly - I haven't been but I've been researching the resort for a couple of months and have decided to get married there. We may do a site visit this winter if we can find a good deal but if not, I'm still confident in getting married there.

Hope this helps!

Jennie

Oh wow thanks!

My email is bvit@telus.net

I really love this resorts layout and that it's small enough that you won't have to go far to run into your family and friends :) I heard about other weddings at larger resorts where they had to call each others rooms or cellphones to coordinate meeting up with each other...

Talk to you soon :)

Ok, I'm sending you some reception option pictures, the answers to some questions I had and the different packages. That's about all I have right now.

I know, I love the layout so much - 90% of rooms have some type of ocean view!! Also, it's only about 20 mins from the airport and it's only 30mins to Cancun and Playa del Carmen.

When are you looking at getting married? We're hoping for Feb 2010!

I'm so excited for you Kaycee!! I'm sure it will all work out great - try not to get too stressed. It'll be amazing no matter what. :)

I can't wait to hear all about it when you get home - I'll save my questions until then. hehe...

All the best with the wedding and your marathon,

I got them..thanks Jenny, I think I am going to choose the 2nd pic, the covered area near the resort and have 1 long table for my dinner...I have approx 20-25 ppl booked so far. Do you know if that area is by the pool?

Hi Jamk, I found a tonne of pics on a site called Vacation Deals and Travel Specials by BookIt.com® when you pull up this resort they have alot of info and detail about it..also go to trip advisor (I'm sure you have) but I saw alot of pics there too.

BTW..I found a really nice english speaking minister to perform My ceremony at www.minister-petra-maurus.com she seems really nice and cheaper than the resort is charging me..she charges 350 inc transportation, the resort 450. Not sure if they'll allow her on the premises without a fee But I will find out..

Alright..that's enough blabbering for now...Sooo excited....Shelley

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
