Ocean Turquesa & Coral Brides?

Does anyone know if your guests have to book their rooms through the hotel or if they can use a travel agent/separate website? I haven't heard anything from Ana and need to know if we can bundle our rooms and flight through a different website since it's MUCH less expensive... All I got from Ana was that when we book our flight and hotel stay to send her a copy of the itinerary and then we would get started on other details. Confused! Help?

@Erdocherty98 You can book your trip through any source that you would like. I chose to book through a travel agent with most of my guests but a few people have decided to book on their own through different websites.

@leahbecker The wedding checklist form that Ana sent to me states that reservation for the SPA will be taken one month prior to the wedding, hope that helps :-)

For the ladies asking about the hair salon....I booked mine directly with them by email and they told me I would save 25% if I paid in advance.

You can also book through Ana but she will make you wait until one month before so if you are particular about your times and who is doing your hair/makeup you may want to book ahead so no one takes your your spot. Don't forget there are usually two weddings a day there!

I'm wondering if anyone knows what they charge for hair flowers. Or if you have pictures of what they offer. I'm considering buying one off Etsy or Ebay but was wondering what the hotel offers. If anyone has them can you email it to me please? josiefiorda@yahoo.ca

Thanks!

Hey!

Thanks for the tip about the hair salon- do you know how to get in contact with them? Do you have their email address? I can't seem to find it anywhere on the website.

Thanks!!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
