Ocean Turquesa & Coral Brides?

Recommended Posts

@guillane87 yes, you have to pay extra for those fees if you are having a civil ceremony. Every resort charges that. I checked a ton befor we finalized our decision. As for changing options youbdefinitely can. Some things do have another charge, you just have to ask for what you want and make sure you get detailed pricing in writing before you head down there. I upgraded my bouquet and that was an extra fee. @qupid you can bring your own decor And they will set it up for you

@JosieFiorda- I didn't know that. Just wanted to make sure this wasn't something that should have been included in the price. Don't know how I missed that. At least I found out now and not when I got there.

Good to know on the changing of options/ upgrades. I was thinking once I figure out exactly what I want, I was going to send a picture of what I had in mind for flowers lets say, then that way they can see exactly what I want.

Thanks for your help :)

Toritrad- I have the same questions about tipping. We are spending a lot of money on the wedding options, but not sure we can afford a 20% tip on the total bill... We are going to do what we can, but thought we'd give a few hundred dollars to Ana for her help as well as something to the bartenders so our guests don't have to tip. (we are bringing our own officiant) Does anyone else want to share their thoughts on gratuities? I'd love to hear

Hi friends,
Regarding the menu options - I understand we are only allowed to pick one menu for the whole gropu. But does anyone know if we can subsittue a few people for the Vegetarian menu? I hope that there wouldn't there be an extra cost for our Vegetarian guests to have a non-meat meal?

Thanks

-Leah

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
