I booked Gonzalo Nunez for my 12-12-12 wedding and he has been wonderful to work with! He is so pleasant in his e-mails and his packages are priced great! He replies very quickly to e-mails. I have been reading reviews on his work and the reviews just get better and better. I have him booked for 6 hours and I get to have a trash the dress for 2 hours the next day! :D I hope this helps.

IchibanCowgirl - Thank you! We booked Gonzalo this morning. You're right, he's been fabulous and responding to emails and I'm already impressed that he wanted to add us on facebook and get to know us before our January Wedding. I'm glad to hear some positive reviews on him. I don't think we will be dissapointed :)

Hey Sandy,

 

Planner1 wasn't considered an outside vendor for us and we weren't charged the fee, however we had to pay a one time delivery fee of $90 (we ordered chairs, pillars and lights).

Thanks TropicLover! That is great news! :-) Another question: Does anyone know the name or contact of excursion companies that leave from the hotel?  I am trying to put together an email with some excursion options that my guest can start to look at.  I remember TraficTours! was the name of a company at the hotel that was our shuttle service but they also did excursions but it seems they changed their name to Sunexcursions from what I was able to gather on the internet. Anyway, any help with this will be greatly appreciated! :-)

@AnaS- I woke up this morning and realized how close you and your fiancé are to getting married! I am sooooo excited for you and I don't even know you! :-)   You are probably down there already since it is already the week of your wedding but I just wanted to wish you and your fiancé the best wedding ever!       Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010.       Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations.
