HELP!!!! I want to fire my TA

At lease she sent you a list of the people that are going, I dont have any of that information. She doesnt tell me who has booked untikl I ask her. It sounds like we have the same TA, LOL. She tried to tell me that we had to pay for the airfare in full instead of putting down a deposit that I saw on the airlines website. It's like Im telling what she is supposed to do and its nerve wrecking. Yes, she 's always out of the office on travel as well.

I had to book my airfare in full and my TA is a close friend so i know she wasnt lying. We got a group rate so it had to be paid as soon as it was booked. Maybe your TA is telling the truth.

My wedding is in St Thomas but we are cruising there with Carnival. We are working directly with a Carnival Personal Vacation Planner who we have worked with in the past as well as a WC in St Thomas. Although our wedding is a little different than you all's, early on we made the decision to work directly with Carnival and we have an awesome PVP who keeps us up to date on all prices changes etc. It almost feels like she doesn't work on commission lol. A few years ago we tried to book a vacay with 2 different TAs who are family friends and decided that their prices were way higher than we could get online etc also like you said they were always vacationing/traveling (sometime together haha). We then found our PVP and feel like we want to do every vacation on Carnival bc we love her so much. I don't ever want to book any vacay with anyone but here. We are even considering cruising for our honeymoon bc we just know how easy it is to book with our PVP and she knows exactly what we want.

 

Back to the topic I'd find a way to fire her w/o paying that $$$. I am so opposed to paying for horrible customer service. The service is sometime more important than the product in my opinion. Good Luck. Sometimes you have to be a bit of a Bridezilla and stay on her to make sure that what you need gets done.
