I totally agree with the other gals ~ just cuz you're home doesn't mean you can't still do a fabulous TTD session. Looking beautiful in your dress out in an urban setting could really make for some striking pictures. cheesy.gif

By the way, your siggy pic is awesome and you look beautiful in your Avatar pic ~ SHOW US MORE!!!!!! jerry.gif hehehe

I agree with all the other girls. I have really enjoyed looking at all of the brides TTD pictures...even the 'urban' ones. I am getting married just outside of Savannah, GA and everything is so victorian looking, we are doing pictures there and in the water. So, hike up the dress one more time and have some fun. If you live in a city with a subway...or marta (that's what's called in ATL) do some there. It'll be fun. Please make yourself happy and do these pics. You deserve it! Let us know what you decide to do!

Don't worry about it at all!!! grouphug.gifI can relate & definitely agree with everyone else. Either go to a beach near you or do it on your next vacation. I plan on doing this the next time we go on vacation, especially if it happens to be for our 1 year anniversary & we return to Jamaica. Granted, it won't be with my wedding dress, but it will be something cute & flowy and I'll probably just use the resort photographer!

BTW....LOVEEEEEEE your avatar & siggy pic....JUST GORGEOUS!

wow, all you ladies gave me fabulous ideas!!! thank you so much.. I knew I could count on my BDW family to lift my spirits. The funny thing is that my husband (forget what the abbr. is for that, LOL) was not too keen about doing the TTD but he brought along a linen suit just for that and I was the one who was not prepared or even remembered to do the session. Figures huh?

But again, thank you all...I'm definitely thinking of doing a TTD on our next vacation or even at the Jersey shore over the summer, it will give me a good reason to pull my dress out the closet and wear it one more time!! wink.gif

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
