I'm not encouraging bad behavior, but i always treat myself on the weekend cause it's the only time I really see FI. Plus I think Friday would be easier to remember! We all get confused on long weekends what day Wednesday is, no one forgets Friday!

Oh hecks no!!!! I need to be able to enjoy my weekends and time w/ FI!

I suppose it doesn't matter much, cause I don't diet food wise. I just eat healthy. I'm not a real believer in diets and calories, etc. I just eat healthy and work out. I can't diet food wise cause then when I reached my goal I would gain it back. i have to eat healthy so it's something i can do the rest of my life! I just don't exercise much on the weekend cause I like to be able to spend every second I can w/ FI.

i'm down a little (can't help but get on the scale every day ... bad bad bad!) but only because i've been eating right, and maybe stress as the wedding rapidly approaches. i have NOT been able to get my butt to the gym lately. it's really just pathetic and i need someone to smack me around! what the heck am i waiting forhuh.gif i only have 80 days!!!

however, some of the lack of chat is due to losing so many contestants! the list is WAY down from when we started. don't give up, ladies!

so what is everyone doing to stay motivated? did you slap a "before" pic on the fridge? do you have a goal outfit or a BD shoot coming up? do you have a workout buddy? what have you done to kick it up a notch for the second half?

Sorry, Deanna! I've just been kinda crazy with my own stuff. I'm glad to hear that you're doing very well! Aunt Flow makes me want to eat a lot too... if you have chocolate munchies, try either chocolate whipped cream (you can spray it out and freeze it for a low-cal ice-cream like treat) or a really good quality piece of chocolate. I've found that I appreciate my chocolate more if I substitute a better quality smaller piece instead of lots of cheap chocolate, although AF still makes me want to eat an entire back of Flipz in one sitting.

So, I hurt my ankle a while ago and haven't been to the gym in like two weeks! I thought it was just a sprain, but I've been RICEing it and it's getting worse instead of better. I just had it X-rayed today and it's not broken (which I never thought it was, but you know doctors) but I've got an orthopedic appointment tomorrow.

Mostly, I'm just disappointed because exercise has been such a key part of my weight loss. I've been trying to do stuff while sitting, but I don't feel it's as effective. Blech.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
