Ok ladies - I screwed up! I think in 5 seasons of the Biggest Loser, this is my first calculation mistake! lol

But When we added the extra weeks to the season, I hadn't changed my formula that calculates the TOTAL pounds lost and the % to include those extra weeks. So, I have updated the original post in this thread above to have the correct results. SO SORRY!

And thanks to Shannon for pointing out my mistake!

you're very welcome! i might actually participate in the next one. not to win the pot, but just for the motivation and to track progress. i've put on a few pounds this winter since i have been less active. i had lost all of my pregnancy weight, but then put a few back on after i stopped going for walks as often. it's hard to get out and about when it's 0 degrees out there!

almost forgot to send in my weight again! we had a snow day off work on monday and the three-day weekend threw me off.

i gained, but managed to just barely hang on to my 25 lbs. lost!

word to the wise: do not spend an entire weekend drinking and still expect to lose weight ... you WILL be disappointed, LOL! shots.gif

HA! I know we went to our lakehouse this weekend and during the summer we buy lots of burgers and sandwich stuff and have lunch on the lake and bbq for dinner. But it is colder there thenit is here and the lake was still frozen over. When we go during the winter we eat out ALL the time! There are soooo many great restaurants up there that we don't have here. I was up there Friday through Sunday. monday I weighed myself and I had gained 4 lbs this weekend. So monday and yesterday i was out running w/ caterina to try and lose some weight, hoping I would come out even again. I was so happy this morning to see I'm down .4lbs! Not only did I come back from this weekend I've finally broke my run of not losing or gaining for the last 4 weeks!

keep it up ladies!!!

I think next season we should do weigh in on Fridays! I hate wednesday! I always feel so good and motivated to work on Wednesdays after weigh in and I keep that up on Thursday. Although on Saturday I feel its the weekend and I veg a little and that goes into sunday and on monday night i want a late night snack but do everything i can to make it to wednesday. I think if we weighed in on friday then we could treat ourselves over the weekend and spend all week working hard to treat ourselves the next weekend!

i say NO WAY! a friday weigh-in would only encourage poor weekend behavior (and i don't need any help in that category, thank you!). LOL! i think it would end up hurting rather than helping.

besides, it should be whichever day is convenient for the person keeping track of everything. a lot of people go away for weekends and we might end up with even more people forgetting weigh-ins.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
