Quick note, ladies - we had some pretty major plumbing issues at our house yesterday and found out there was a ton of mold. So long story short, we ended up going to a friend's house last night to stay because the mold is right outside of Gwen's room. So not only did we not want her breathing the air, but the noise from the construction would have kept her up.

So ... I didn't get a reminder email out ... sorry! Hopefully you all remember that today is weigh-in day!

Oh my gosh! I hope you are ok. Just take it easy and eat healthy. Try taking walks to keep up w/ a bit of working out, but don't do to much, you could hurt yourself worse. And drink lots of water.

Ann, I hope everything works out. What a mess, mold is a big mess! Definitely keep Gwen out. Hope you guys do ok. Don't worry about us, we're grown women for goodness sake, we can remind ourselves that we have to weighin. Personally I can't wait cause I want to know where i stand, sometimes its hard to wait a whole week!!!

I did ok I guess. Week 2 & 3 are the hard weeks. I had so much going on I didn't get much time to work out, so I only lost .8lbs, but I'll take that .8lbs!

That's horrible!! But...take it easy!! Hopefully it's just a strain or something minor, good luck!

How awful, the one horrible thing about home owning - self maintenance. Mold is the reason why we haven't remodeled the bathroom because I know it's there under those tiles and I don't want to deal with it!

I've gained .8 (although I'm doing one massive workout in about 5 mins and then take my official weigh in pic, LOL) but like you I'm sure it's muscle since I do the Shred everyday as well.

Even though I've gained this week I'm happy - my clothes are fitting better, I'm down a notch on my belt, and I'm starting to see definition in my arms.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
