    SO this weekend was tough - but I started Bikram(hot) yoga, and it was great! I sweat like you would not believe! I want to try and go 5 times a week. Lets see though - my schedule is so crazy it might be a weekend thing for me!

      No, -(negative)40 degrees!!! I'm definitely not out in that. 40 degrees I'd be walking at least 3 times a day!!! I wish it was 40 degrees!!

        ahhhhh, yes. that makes more sense. it's amazing the difference a little "dash" makes. i can't blame you for staying in then, i'm doing the same!

            So I had a good weekend. I ate very good and worked out both days. The hard part will be when I am at work. I am a nurse and people have goodies and snacks everywhere and it is so easy to pick up one and not even think about it, but I am going to try my hardest to stay away and eat better.

              Just checking in with you ladies! I am not a member of the gang since I am trying to get preggo .. but am woking on my own to lose weight and get healthier in the meantime. I'm hoping you ladies can keep me motivated!!!! Best of Luck to everyone!!

                Try my diet... It's called the 24hr bug lol!!!
                OMG I got the 24 hr bug while at work this weekend at the Ronald McDonald House. I couldn't keep anything down and had to come home from work early last nite (I am a weekend assistant manager and I usually go in at 4 pm on Fri nites and go home at 8 am on Monday mornings but I came home at 7 pm last nite). So anyway I felt better this morning but had no appetite so my FI said you have to eat. I'm like no I don't I have no appetite and we have weigh ins on Wednesday lol. So of course I decided to get on the scale... and I had lost 5 lbs in one day (well 2 I guess). Of course as soon as I got off the scale I started feeling hungry.
                When I first got home last nite my FI's like you must be sick if your not hungry... I'm like wow very motivational.

                  Today = NO motivation!! My blasted elliptical broke this morning - I've had it for a year, ONE YEAR and this is the second time it has broken! Of course before it was under warranty but now ....ARGH it makes me so mad! It was a lot of money and it's a pile!

                  So that started my day off wrongly - so I cleaned the house (FI was laughing at me and said that he loves it when I get in a tizz about something because I clean like a mad woman and it's cute - lol). The local gym, thank god, has a one week free trial membership coupon online so I'll be headed there tonight to get my cardio in, but right now I just feel so blah and unmotivated. :-(

                    OK, hope to be back on track today. I did not work out all weekend! Saturday afternoon and most of yesterday I had the WORST migrane ever, so I was in bed most of the weekend. On the flip side, I wasn't eating much either :)

                    However - I did buy my wedding dress on Saturday!

                      Is anyone else doing Bob Greene's The Best Life Diet? I feel like such a cheater because in phase 1, you really don't change what you eat. So everyone else is talking about how good they're doing with their diet and I'm reading it while i'm sitting at my computer eating spaghetti. This is my kind of diet
