Was anyone else bored enough to watch the Britney Spears "documentary"?

I'm a bit embarassed to say that I watched this hour long advertisement for her new album. smile116.gif I could say alot about the show, but I'll start with just these two points:

1. I like that this "candid" interview didn't even touch on her meltdown. "Everyone shaves their head." Um, no they don't, whack job. Do they think that if they DON'T mention drugs, that we'll just think that's typical behavior? (now, I clearly wasn't expecting any GOOD stuff to come out of this documentary, but a girl can dream, can't she?) cheesy.gif

2. Who the hell is doing Madonna's plastic surgery. Her cheeks look like a puppet that used to be on the Muppet Show!

phhahahahahahaahaaaa you made me laugh. i can totally hear your tone.

no i didnt watch it, but i would check it out if i came across it. knowing me though, id get annoyed and change the channel after hearing her yap away and chop her gum like a cow. i know lots of people love her but i never was too fond of her, even when she was on top of the world she was always kinda "just there" to me. (i was always a christina aguleria fan myself) as far as talent, brit sounds like me in the shower- which is not so good...shes a great performer though, at least she used to be.

i am glad though that she got herself back on her feet again. i always find myself feeling really sad for people who get mixed up like she did, so im glad she bettered herself. i wish her lots of luck!!!! i blame a lot of her troubles on the damn media.

and did she really say everyone shaves there head? ooookkayyyyyy. interesting.

cheesy.gif Her comment was something along the lines that it's not so wierd to shave your head. She said people so it all the time. Um, yeah, women do it for a movie role or cancer treatment, not just for shits & giggles. In a way (a very small way) I feel for her, because this "reality" that she lives in was created for her & is all she's ever known, however as an adult & the mother of two, she can attempt to learn something on her own. She obviously loves being catered to (as was apparent in the show). There was a moment when her dad was speaking to her & you could literally see her eyes glaze over. I don't know if she was bored that someone else was talking or what, but you could see her demeanor shift.

I guess I was just so annoyed that she wouldn't get off the paparazzi thing (I admit they are a big problem, but a problem that she seems to invite into her life). Brad & Angelina seem to be dealing with them ok, how about Alien Cruise & his bride....they're ok, too & I'm sure they have swarms of paparazzi, too. I guess I just want a celebrity to stand up for once & say "I love the paparzzi, they make me $$, they keep me relevant".

Ugh, I lost IQ points rehashing that drivel. cheesy.gif

oh i def agree about the pap's. there are so many celebs- bigger than her- who you rarely see in the lime light. leanardo dicaprio, marc walberg, heidi klum, christina aguleria, gwen stefani, etc. i think some celebs (brit) like you said, ALLOW themselves to be in the middle of all that pap madness. ya know how some people say "bad luck just follows me" or whatever, i kinda feel like people make their own luck and we all have choices that can help pave the road a head. paps live for celebs who hit rock bottom though which is a sin but if some celebs can live private lives, they all can! geez it PAYS TO BE A CELEB! yeah right ha

i wonder when it will be on again?

Y'all are making me laugh. I did watch it and I think that in some parts she seemed well, but in lots of others she seemed detached and weird acting. She looks great now though. It really must be so tough on her with all that papparazzi....I mean they were everywhere acting so crazy! I feel bad for her...I think she still needs more help and take time off for a while

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
