Now, does anyone know why my first one has a black backgroundhuh.gif It's just supposed to be white (or transparent) but I can't seem to get rid of it.

Believe me, no encouragement needed! I've got a couple I wanted to post in a thread awhile back that someone put up--- I just need to get them scanned into the PC because they were from my film days shooting large format 4x5. I can't wait to get my DSLR so I can just upload to the PC and start working them over in Illustrator and Photoshop!!! hehehe....

I'd love to see some of your stuff too---- email me some if you ever feel like it!

Hey Stacy, I think what may have happened is that there is not a background other than the white ppt page. Draw a square over it, white fill, no outline and send to back. Then group it together and save as a jpg.

Maria! That will be great! I can't wait to see them!
I will send you a link to a site where I have some old art work... I used to have a simple drawing of eyes I did as my avatar not too long ago.

You have to group the image, then save it as a JPEG (which Powerpoint can sometimes do funky things when it's saved as JPEG. I sometimes have to save it in a different format and then change the format to JPEG). When it's saved as a JPEG, it's just like any other image you can use to post on website.

I think the tutorial I posted has the instructions on how to group, save as JPEG, etc... (Can't remember for sure because I have't looked at them in a couple months)...

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
