I agree with Sharon, 72 hours before is what they told me as well... The reason being that when you meet with them to finalize everything, its then that they will be able to give you a final price, once no more changes can be made.

Question for you all...Does anyone know when the deposit and final payment is due for everything "wedding" related?? I've asked this a few times but never got a firm response.

Thanks Ladies!

Just to follow up... got my mugs in the mail today. They were shipped with no extra padding and just in these white individual boxes. All of them shipped without any damage. I wanted to get them in before recomending the site & now that they are here I'd highly recommend this site! They look great and are a good quality mug that will keep drinks from turning warm after 5 minutes in the Mexico sun :) Also, they shipped in 3 business day.

Hello ladies! I am new here and we have decided to get married at EPM later this year. I love this resort, and can't wait to visit again. I do have a question for you guys, who are you using for your wedding photography? It has come to my attention that EPM has changed their photography vender policies in the past year, or is that only true for few vendor photographers? Any help or advice I would appreciate it.

Congrats! When is the wedding? We're using Juan Navarro as our photographer. He does a great job and the resort recommends his as well. Be sure to check out his website to see the work he does.

Question for you guys - does anyone know how much the Mariachi Trio Band is? I know it is included in the gold package but we maybe doing the silver now & I still want to use them. I cant see them being that much, but you never know.

Welcome Jass7!  We are using Adrian Herrera. As far I we've been told the only vendors not allowed on the property are La Luna & Del Sol. Every other photorapher can be used as long as you pay the $500 vendor fee (which does not include meals for the vendor). Have fun planning!

For some reason I remember them saying the band was around $450 for the hour. I'd have to look through my emails to verify that. That's how much we've been adding on to the Silver package for the trio anyways. I'd love to know if anyone has a current quote.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
