I'm so excited we are booking a trip to EPM for December. We need a "DO AGAIN" It will feel like our honeymoon being the craziness of the wedding will not be joining us this trip :)

Congrats! We did a room block of 20 rooms and had over 6 months to add or remove rooms in our group at no cost. We had to add a few rooms on towards the end but the TA just did it on her own. We chose the room block because the rate is much cheaper than we could find anywhere and if the resorts rates went cheaper then what we paid our rates would drop but only if you were in the group rate. I think it was definitely worth it and like danak71 said if there is extra money you get the refund or it pays your part. 
We used MTM and got married at EPM on May 3rd. We actually just received all our photos yesterday, 575 of them!  He posted some of ours on Facebook,  https://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.10150898793854487.430757.18683524486&type=3 and I posted some on mine. If you want to see just request me. They did some really awesome reflection shots that I LOVE too!! Definitely creative & it shows in every shot!

Thank you! No, I do not have the catalog yet. I asked for it and was sent several things but not flower catalog. I just want to see my options before I pick my colors. Thank you for your response!

[uALL PAST EPM BRIDES[/u] Hopefully I am not offending anyone by asking this but would any of the past EPM brides mind sharing approximately how much money to expect to give EPM upon departure? (it can be inboxed to me if necessary). I know everyone did different things but I am looking for an average to have on hand or should I say readily available so I don't become flustered when leaving. Also I'm intrested in knowing what little extras were charged outside of the wedding package. I know many brides brought a lot of their own things. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank u in advance K

Hi everyone, im getting married october 20, 2012! I have a few questions..

-How did brides in the past do their seating chart? Can they do the bride and groom at their own table? then round tables?

-Has anyone done fireworks? if so when during the wedding?

-has anyone done a sunset cruise?

-are the Excursions worth it?

For those who hired outside photographer for the wedding, and did TTD. Where did you do the beach TTD? And does anyone know if resort charges for photographer to come through to take TTD pictures? I really do not want to pay another vendor fee like the one on wedding day.

 

Any help I would appreciate it!

We used a Del Sol for the TDD and they sent transportation to the cenotes and the beach.

 

I heard that others paid a room fee so the photogrpher could stay overnight and then did the TDD the day after. No Vendor fee needed if you pay for them to stay a night.
