Hi Fellow Brides, I am looking through the food options for our wedding and requested the buffet options. Does anyone have any recommendations about these choices? We are expecting 40-50 people and felt like the regular dinners might be too formal for what we want so were thinking of the buffet options instead of the multiple courses. Would love some of your expertise to weigh in. 

 

Also, heading down to do a site visit in a month to decide on locations- other than the beach and the gazebo where else have people done their ceremony? Worried the Gazebo is too small and wondered if there was another option to the beach.

I have a few questions as well. I asked the wedding coordinator about the upgrades in the gold package and she never really answered my question. What is the aisle upgrade in the gold package (and I believe you get a few chair decorations as well?)

Might be a good guide to show you what they included, they kept adding more information as plans were firmed up so in the beginning some of the pages just said "coming soon" or "check back with us" etc. Hope this helps!

I spoke with Gustavo a couple days ago and he told me that the gazebo seats 40 people. When is your wedding? Mine is in April but I haven't decided for sure if beach or gazebo.
