I have listened to all the songs you have mentioned and I'm sure one of them will be used in my wedding at Dreams Riviera Resort in Cancun

Calgarybride - here's another Calgarybride that is walking down the aisle to 1000 Years (Piano Guy version). Amazing! I can't even listen to it thinking of our wedding without crying!

I Thought about All of Me for our first dance too.... however I have been playing it for over a year and I think I've overdone it!

Agreed. I was going to have john legend as a first dance and am way over it now .

I just listened to the "somewhere over the rainbow" song, from 50 first dates. That song would be so cute to walk to!

I originally had found a song and showed my FI but he didn't like that it wasn't "us" and was too slow. I really didn't expect him to care, but he is really firm on it being more like us. So we found "Pets" by Deadmau5 that is a bit more upbeat (so it will be interesting to time my walk to) but that goes a bit more with a beachy casual theme.

For our wedding the bridal party walked down to 1,000 years by the piano guys and I walked down to an instrumental version of Kissing You from Romeo and Juliet it was perfect.  For the kiss and leaving the ceremony we did somewhere over the rainbow.

43 guests plus bride and groom.... ;)
