What are you walking down the Aisle to?

I only have MOH and I am having one song for MOH, best man, and parents to sit... then my song to walk to... a marriage signing song, and then a recessional... usually they will play some music while people are sitting, but IDK if they provide that at your resort or not. I think it's nice to have one song solely for you to walk down the aisle, but to each their own! Good Luck!

lucky would be very sweet. ain't no sunshine is a phenomenal song, but i don't personally think it's appropriate for a wedding ... it's sad, and the lyrics to me imply she's out cheating on him somewhere. just my 2 cents.

don't know the other song ... i'd look it up but it's 2 am and i really need to get off BDW and go to bed! LOL

are you hiring the sound system/technician? if so, choose a separate song for yourself. he will simply fade out each song when the person is finished walking, and start the next, so you don't have to worry about everyone sitting around waiting for a song to end before moving on. from personal experience, i wish i had known how long the signing of all the documents would take. we did a legal ceremony, so we had to each sign and thumbprint IN TRIPLICATE, and then each of our 4 witnesses had to sign in triplicate as well. you should definitely choose a song for this. my guests were dying of boredom sitting there in silence watching us all sign papers. the videographer randomly added a song to that part so it wasn't dreadful on film. again, wish i would have known because i could have provided all my own music for the video.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
