We picked out "Everybody's Free" Which the orginal version is done by Prince but we are using the Choir version from The most recent Romeo and Juliet Movie Soundtrack (The one with Claire Danes from the 90's) She walks down the aisle to it and since I saw that movie I have wanted that. Plus bonus it's only 1minute 23 seconds so it's a great short amount of time since I don't have BM

I cannot pick our music for the life of me! We thought about doing our 1st dance to the Somewhere over the rainbow|What a wonderful world from 50 First dates.... it has a lot of meaning for us. But I see most of you are using it in the ceremony? I don't know what to do anymore!

Now I am thinking about Somewhere over the rainbow for the bridesmaids and All I want is you - string quartet for my entrance. But I must say that Jonathan Cain's Wedding March is incredible. I just don't know if it goes with the other song, since it is not traditonal.

 

I am completley stumped on our exit. I was thinking One Love by Bob Marley, but I'm not sure.

 

Also, who runs the ipod, if you bring down your own music?

this is a great thread. I was thinking about the steel drum band for ceremony but I may now just pick some songs. Do you just bring them on cds and who plays them? Is this included?

i'll have the songs loaded on our iPods. our resort provides a sound system, but i don't know yet if we need someone to "run" the ipod or if they have someone for that. i have a guest on stand-by in case we need it!

I think I decided on our final song-You and I by Stevie Wonder. I'm gonna have it done acapella because the music with it sounds depressing. This is a BEAUTIFUL song!
