How many glasses of water do u drink in a day?

I'm really trying to increase my intake and I've been adding lemon to my water too...baby steps. 

 

I need to cut out diet pop asap

I always drink at least have my body weight in ounces. I start drinking mine when I first wake up and a big glass about 30 mins before each meal. It's easier for me to do it that way so I know I'll get all my water in.

I just listen to my body. If I'm thirsty I drink and I try to drink throughout the day so that I don't get to the thirsty point. However there comes a point that my body literally gets disgusted if I drink more water so I know I've had enough and I don't force it. I also always check my pee, if it's clear I'm good. If it's turning yellow I need more water :). I think the most I can drink in a day is a liter and a half, unless I go to my hot yoga class.
