New month ladies!!!!

I got weighed at the gym today - down 5 lbs from when I started!!!smile159.gif

I don't weigh in every week like I should - I just do it when I meet with my trainer. My goal now is to lower my body fat %. I need to drop it by 3% to be in the "lean" category.

I also got a HR monitor which should help with my workouts.

As for WW - I've been making tons of thier recipes from online. Tonight we are having the Mexican Casserole thing. Made it before and it's YUM!!! We also made the Baked Beef Ziti, Mustard Dill Chicken, and Moo Shu Lettuce Wraps. All yum.

I hadn't weighed myself in weeks, because I didn't want to depress myself, haha. But last week I weighed myself and I was down about 1/2-1 pound from where I was when I stopped weighing myself. So, I'll weigh in this friday and hopefully be down more and I'll let you girls know.

We all need to get back on track, we've been slacking and our weddings will be here before we know it.

Kate, I'm going to try some of those recipes, they sound good!

Hey ladies....

So ever since the wedding I have been eating basically whatever I want, which is fun...but UGH I am feeling f-a-t. So, I think it's time to step back on the scale and get serious about being on plan.

Do any of you ladies actually pay for WW online or etools? I am thinking of signing up just to keep me honest.

I'm actually paying for the WW online and not using it- isn't that terrible? lol I signed up in the fall and did great for awhile, but haven't been putting my info in- just kinda winging it on the principles...I really liked it though when I used it regularly.

I pay for the online too. I am a total list maker so I love writing in everything I ate. I also LOVE writing in activity points. The best part about it is the recipes. We (and by we I mean FI who does the cooking) make their recipes all the time.

Hey girls... how's everyone doing?

Janet: Did you sign up? I think there is enough information/recipes/tools on the net that you could do the plan without signing up or paying the fee. You feeling better about yourself? I think you're beautiful!!

Sarah: I know you've been going hard on your work outs. God bless you... how's the WW working for u?

Jill: Bday girl, I hope you treated yourself to some cake. You've been sooo good on the WW plan.

Kate: You've been doing AMAZING since u joined the WW routine. Is your FH doing it as well? That must be some great motivation!!!

I decided to step on the scale this morning (I haven't weighed myself in a while). I'm bad and I thought I would have gained it all back with all the munchies/junk/baking I've been chomping away at. BUT I lost 2 pounds some how. I don't know how the hell I did it... but I'm amazed. I thought for sure I gained. Must be all the H20, I've been hitting the water bottle hard. LOL

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
