So I will be buying the Emg TOMORROW and alternate like you said.

So Dudley's DRC thats a deep conditioner also? I'm going to have my own beauty supply store smh.
Oh boy, I totally understand the shedding!! I used to be so embarrased by how much hair was on the floor after I wrapped it at night or unwrapped it in the morning. Luckily DH didn't complain too much & is used to it now! But it is really ridiculous. My beautician said its totally normal, especially when the seasons change. I could never understand how it was normal to lose so much hair!
And yeah, relaxer time...THE WORST!!!! smile105.gif

DRC...It's like a deeeeeep, penetrating treatment. I used that when it was realllllly bad. Can't really explain it but here's a description of Dudley's DRC:
Amazon.com: Dudleys DRC 28 Hair Treatment and Forifier: Health & Personal Care
Product Description
Dudley's DRC 28 is a deep-penetrating advanced hair treatment and fortifier that is concentrated with most of the hair's own natural protein and amino acids. This rich formula works from the inside out - nourshing, restoring and repairing severely damaged or weakened hair to a stronger, healthier state.
It prevents & repairs damage & provides protection from heat.

Directions: Shampoo and rinse the hair. Towel blot to remove excess water. Fill an applicator bottle with 1/2 to 2 oz. of Dudley's DRC 28. Saturate each strand of hair thoroughly. Place cotton along the hairline to prevent dripping. Cover hair with a plastic cap and put client under a warm pre-heated dryer for 15 minutes (no heat before curl chemical applications). Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water and towel blot. Use a Dudley moisturizing conditioner to soften the hair. Rinse with lukewarm water. Towel blot the hair.

use a leave in conditioner daily (I am using Joico, some sort of a mouse like foam, and I like it seeing as what I don't like about the sprays is that they make your het wetter which is counterproductive to the blow-drying) and a mask once a week (I had an amazing one but can't remember the name).

For the masks, I've been told by several stylists that the longer you leave it in the better (i.e. 1 hour, or even overnight). Cover your head with a shower cap to keep the humidity in. Even better, wrap a small towel wet with super hot water around your head (after the shower cap). The more heat there is the more the mask / deep conditioner will have effect.

I swear by Joico's K-Pac - after I use the stuff, my hair is so silky! Even if I curled it into ringlets the night before, and applied so much hairspray that my hair was litterally hard as a rock! lol I use Joico's leave in reconstructor everyday as well - it's great, it is a detangler as well. :)

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
