Does anyone know a good hair treatment or deep conditioner to stop breakage?

I swear by Silk Therapy leave in treatment to keep my hair strong (and soft). It works on all hair types and is not greasy...and it smells divine :)

Biosilk - The Luxury and Power of Silk

Also hot treatments like Cholesterol or even olive oil help :)

Sephora: Frederic Fekkai Hair Mask with Shea Butter: Hair & Scalp Treatments
You will notice a difference after only 1 treatment! Seriously!

i LOVE this protein conditioning treatment by Aveda! Its called damage remedy and I swear by it (well all their products), I have long, thick, and curly hair that i constantly blow dry straight and then use rollers on so I damage it a lot trying to tame it. I noticed a huge difference using that product in place of my conditioner twice a week.

I have the same problem. I am going to do a deep conditioning treatment once a week. Try Queen Helene Cholesterol cream and leave on for 15 minutes then wash out. You can get that anywhere. The hairdresser recommended Keracare products to help hydrate the hair from breaking. She used the oil moisturizer w/Jojoba oil.

I have used Biosilk FOREVER. It took me forever to find it in Texas. I use to have my friend send it to me from Cali.
