I was so worried about this. I'm getting married during a holiday weekend and still have a few who have not booked. I have let them know that they may not get a room, but still.

Have you tried to book yourself the room for your mother in law? I didn't use tour operator for my wedding, just I was looking for best rate on internet.

Let me know (if you want) your date and I try with my web site to see if I find one room available.

As regard the music, yes, you can take IPhone for the music, I will do.

My original packet was the complimentary one. Now, with mariachi, hair style and make up, appetizer and dinner I think it will be less expensive have the Ultimate package.

The Ultimate package have boutonniere, video and some other items that I don't need.

Vice-versa I have choosen an expensive photo packet and hair style and make up trial, I wand decorate the canopy.

I have asked to Cecilia if it's possible use as a credit the service that I don't want and she answered me: "We are able to trade items included in the wedding package that are  provided by a supplier, by other items provided by other supplier"

It's not clear for me, maybe for my not perfect English.

Can you explain me what is possible change?

For example, if you don't want the video that's included in your package, they'll give you a credit that you can use to offset the cost of the extra photo package or flowers for the canopy or any other add on they offer.

Hi CriCri,

Cecilia is basically saying that if you do not need the video, you get a credit for it and put that credit toward something else such as DJ or upgraded photo package. Whatever the credit is used for has to be toward something not provided directly by the hotel....for example the food. You can't trade out video for upgraded food. You can tell her that you do not want the videographer and would like to put that money toward your upgraded photography. I hope that helps.

 Are you sure all the rooms are booked?  Do you mean your room block is all booked?  Did you use a travel agent? Maybe she could stay as a triplet in someone's room if she doesn't mind?  Good luck

Thanks everyone for the responses!  We booked through Delta Vacations and I looked myself and there are actually NO rooms through them left, and just the Honeymoon Suites are left on Expedia and actually through the Secrets website are too.  It really surprised me.  Maybe a big convention is there or something on my date.  But, yes I would love it if you could find a regular room available!  It would be for July 18-July 22 and she and her sister would be checking out on the morning of the 23rd.  So 5 nights for 2 people.  I tried to ask the information email at Secrets if we booked her and all the other guests that had not booked at Secrets Maroma at another Secrets like Capri or Silversands if they would still have to pay day passes?  But, no one ever responded

Have you try to seach only for a couple of days (the days of the wedding)?. Maybe you can find a room for only 2 days... good luck

I asked about guests staying at other Secrets resorts and not having to pay day passes. Cecilia told me they would have to pay day passes.
