How much $ for catering?

Recommended Posts

We were going to take a trip out to PV before the wedding but decided we wanted to be as surprised as our guests.

My brother goes to PV every year and recomended it for our destination wedding. He is there now so I told him to go eat at Boca Bento:)

I am going to talk to Stewart with Plush this week as well to figure out what options to choose from. Very excited!!!
Hi Lupe,

The villas that you are renting are beautiful! Would you mind sharing the rates for each villa for the week and, if you have it available, how much the event fee would be at either of these villas?

Thanks!

The event fee is $ 1500

Casa Del Quetzal is $1024 per night

Casa Quirubines is $1457 per night

My wedding cordinators and caterer visited both sites. It is more for a smaller party. I will only be having 30 guests.

If you work with Incredible Weddings and Events they can schedule site visits for you or if you can't go ahead of time they can give you recomendations and send you pictures of different sites.

Hi Lupe,

The Casas you have chosen are amazing! Do you know how many people Casa Quirubines can accomodate for a wedding reception? I am torn between a villa and the Westin Hotel but still love the villa idea. I am trying to price out which is less expesive but have been having trouble. Do you know if Boca Bento lets you bring in your own alcohol? Thanks so much for any help on this!!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
