Yes, the bows are free and she has a large variety of colours.  The chairs shown in the picture are no longer available.  They have white bamboo chairs without the slip covers.  IMG_7066.JPG

This is the pic of basic ceremony that was emailed to me. She advised me of other color options for bows but didnt say if it was a fee. Did anyone else have to pay for colored chair bows? is it free is she has the color you want in stock?

Thank you for clarifying because in the email she sent the pic with the old chairs but then said they do not use them anymore so I wondered what exactly she meant or why she would send a pic of something they no longer use. I am not having my wedding until Feb. 2013 and I just feel like it is forever away....I can't even book the date yet it is so far away.

I leave in 8 days....and I feel like I have been waiting forever too! A year was long enough for me! Thank you to all for the suggestions, recommendations and pictures you have shared! I will be sure to post a good review when I return:) Maria has been fantastic so you ladies that are still planning are going to love her.

One short note, if anyone is getting their hair done at the hotel salon, they can only book 2 people at a time...

Good luck with everything ladies:)

My wedding is in 54 days, and I am still a little worried about getting my hair done there.  Since there  is no room for error, is it worth the risk of having someone try a hairstyle the day of my wedding from the resort, or have one of my friends do it?  What is everyone else planning to do?

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
