did you VOTE yet?

We have mail ballots. Apparently we started that back in 2000 (which was the first year I could vote for a president)- I don't remember voting prior to that.

Anyways, I kinda wish I could experience a polling place. Sounds fun. I'd like to wait in line with all those enthusiastic people.

And good for you girls making the extra effort to do that. It kinda disappoints me to know of registered voters in my state that get their ballot in the mail 2 weeks before the election and don't turn the stupid thing in. How lazy can you be!

Erin - there are over 1200 voting locations in Philadelphia county alone! they do it by ward.

I didn't get a sticker either sad.gif They did stamp my card that said "Voted".
Krispy Kreme was giving away a free star shaped donut if you came in with your "I Voted" sticker on today.

I voted, here in the great swing-state of Indiana! (I just hope things all turn out the way I want.)

There was absolutely no line, we just walked up and filled out our scantrons. I was a little bummed because I didn't get any sticker or stamp or anything. However will I get my free Starbucks coffee?? I've also heard that Babeland is giving out free silver bullets to you gals in NY or Seattle....lucky girls!

So I hope I'm not too stupid, but what's a silver bullet (besides the obvious of it being something that kills werewolves)?

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
