I stayed there and its a nice resort….the great thing is you can walk to your right just along the beach to the Riu Negril and use their facilities as well. :)

My wedding was 3 weeks ago . i ended up using Dwayne Watkins and i can say that he was AMAZING!!!! i can't brag enough about his work. SUper friendly and professional. He also help make sure that my wedding ran smoothly! My opinion from my experience is make sure you have a great photographer, whoever you decide to go with. don't listen to people when they say don't waste your money. at the end of the day, all your guests, decor, experience will only be remembered and captured if you have a great photographer. That should be one thing that you spend money on! your day goes by so fast, like seriously way too fast.

We are by no means MODELS, but our photos differ :-) you can see some of my wedding pics on his site. you can also see my instagram page, i've posted some of those pics and you can see how many comments and likes it has received, from people i don't even know. I will do a review this week on everything, be sure to check it out and hopefully it can be helpful for you based on what i experienced!

I also used Rashel Edwards for makeup and she was truly a blessing as well!!! she did an amazing job on my makeup as well as my bridesmaids (she did myself and half my bridesmaids since i had so many). this was my first time using airbrush and it stayed on soooooo long! some of my bridesmaids woke up the next day with their makeup and it still looked good lol she gets booked up really fast so i definitely recommend booking her way in advance. she's a sweetheart and so professional as well! you can see my makeup at the link above or her fb page

Hi Everyone. We are in the beginning stages of planning our April 2015 wedding. We are currently looking at the Iberostar Rose Hall Suites. I would love some honest feedback if anyone has been there before or knows someone that got married there. Our only definite decision is that we have chosen Jamaica as the wedding location.

My Fiance and I were between Rose Hall Suites and Beach, we ended up choosing beach as it fit our budget a bit better. We're not overly picky and the reviews seemed fairly decent on both properties. We'll be there April of this year - I'll certainly post our experiences once we return.

Angelsj247 -   Our date is set for September 19, 2014 at Secrets Wild Orchid. I was also worried about it being hurricane season, but I didn't want to have to wait a year and a half to have the wedding, nor did I want to rush to have it in the early summer months and have it be way more expensive as well. From the other brides I've talked to on here..they had no issues whatsoever. It's definitely a chance to take, but I'm just going to pray for amazing weather!! :-)

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
