Hi Victoria! We'll be at Dreams from 4/4 to 4/13! How exciting we'll b there at the same time. Which locations are you doing your ceremony and reception? We're having a beach ceremony and our reception on the Cascade Terrace and we're expecting about 20-25 people. Can't believe it's only 4 months away! Our wedding colors are fuchsia and orange and I'm having a tough time deciding on certerpieces, not sure if I shoul do flowers or beachy sand, shells and candles. So many great ideas on this site and I'm so indecisive. How's your planning going?

The Cabo Mar is a fun cruise.  We didn't do a private excursion but it wasn't super packed and the food was good  I'm sure you'll love it!  We're having our rehersal dinner on the Cabo Mar.

We are having our ceremony in the gazebo and our dinner on the Oceana Terrace, i dont know how we ended up with the Oceana terrace i need to speak with my wedding co-ordinator as it seems that Cascade terrace is much better!  We are then moving inside after dinner, I couldn't handle the party having to end at 10.30pm!  We are having d.j Ricardo start when we move inside at 9.30pm!  Our colours are tiffany's blue and pale pink.  I had the same problem deciding on centerpieces i was going to just do candles with shells on the tables and maybe some vases with floating candles, have now decided on doing 3 vases filled with water and 1 pink orchard in each with floating candles, i will probably do some extra candles on the tables.  We are also having the overhead lanterns, i wanted to do the under table light but it just starts to get too expensive!  We have 22 people confirmed and still waiting to hear back from about 40 people, we dont expect to many other people will come, we live in Australia and my Fiance is English so it is along way for people to travel.  We will have to have a drink together at Dreams!

Who are you getting for you hair and make up?  This site is so helpful, i couldn't organise my wedding with out it!!

Which WC are you working with at the Dreams? I'm working with Yarai and she has been so great! Icant wait to finally meet with her in person! How much is your DJ costing if you don't mind me asking, I'm planning on doing the iPod hookup but it seems like so much work. I definitely want together the under table lights, it's such a great look. I wanted hanging landers also but they don't look as good where they hang them on the cascade terrace as apposed to the oceans terrace. But I chose the cascade terrace because it looks out on to the beach and ocean. I just booked Suzanne Morel yesterday for my hair and make up and am beyond excited! Her work is fabulous and she was so sweet when I spoke to her on the phone. Who are you using for hair and make up?

David is my wedding co-ordinator he has been really good.  I will p.m you about the d.j.  I have spoken with suzanne once and have been trying to speak to her again for the last few weeks but it is so hard with the time difference, i ma hopefully going to book her this week, her work does look good but i also think she is quite pricey!!

Awesome! I was looking at the Cabo Surf Hotel. It's beautiful there! The Cabo Surf Hotel is close to where we're getting married because I remember seeing the Cabo Surf Hotel on a walk from the beach when I was staying at the Coral Baja. How's your planning going?

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!

      Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else.
