WE WON!!! The Curse of Billy Penn has officially been Broken and Philadelphia gets to Celebrate this awesome Victory for the Phillies!! They played awesome this post season and Cole Hamels deserves the MVP!

Last night was awesome here in the city....Of course the drunks got rowdy and I almost got hit with some fireworks....But just to be out there in the street screaming and jumping around with thousands of otehr fans..It was an experience that I wont soon forget!!

Congratulations Phillies!! See ya at the Parade tomorrow!!!!!!!!

YAY!!!!!!

YESSSSSSSSSSSSS! I'm so happy for the Phillies and the fans! I'm so glad Joe got to make the game!! I do think it is a shame though how some people act. I wasn't there but Joe was and said it got to the point where he just wanted to get out of there b/c it got so bad. He said when he walked outside the stadium to leave, he saw cars actually FLIPPED OVER and people parading around them like animals. A group of guys came out to see their car flipped and just started knocking people out cold. Kinda sux about that.

 

I'm going to the parade tomorrow too!! I'm excited, it should be fun!!!

Uh I know..I heard about what happened there.

I actually live 4 blocks from the Stadium and I Loved hearing all the cheers & stuff from my living room, But the crazies that are drunk & walking home I could have done without!! We actually went to Broad street to scream and yell. It wasn't too bad where we were..But near center city they were starting fires and breaking windows...Craziness! They ruin it for the people that just wanted to be happy and scream & yell! LOL The fireworks were scaring me, so after about 2 hrs we went home. It was hard to sleep since south philly was so Alive until about 3am with all the people being loud and the beeping cars, but it didn't matter....It was so exciting!!

 

Have Funn at the parade tomorrow Philly Girls! YAY!

My husband is from Philly and we now live in Cali. Well he was so sad cause there was no one to celebrate with except for me. All of his buddies were calling him from Broad street and he was super sad.

 

I told him let's get on a plane right now and go to the parade. He was tempted, but said no. Ugh! I so wish we could be there.

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!

      Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else.
