I'm using JT Watersports for a snorkel trip. If you book online with Paypal, you can get it for $35.10 (10% discount). I have spoken to the manager and he is really nice and so helpful!!!

I'll post my review once I'm back from my wedding (get back June 5)...so far, I recommend them just from how helpful & thorough they have been!

Tammy - did you go on the snorkeling tour? I haven't decided yet if I'll go or just stay back at Dreams...

Hello Nini Bride,

We are using Sun Rider Tours for our REhearsal Dinner Sunset Cruise. They told us that if we guarantee 30 adults they will give us a discount. I read about them from Natasha's review and she said it was one of the higlights of their wedding. They will serve food (mexican buffet) and for a little over 40 per person I think it is a very good deal.

We are also using them for our sunset cruise welcome party. I am going to Cabo next weekend and am taking one of their cruises just to check it out. Unfortunately it isn't the snorkeling one (we are taking the sunset dinner cruise so we can sample the food), but I'd be happy to get any information that I can for you!

Our WC says they are great to work with - I hope so!

  • 3 months later...

I'm obviously looking for recommendations for sunset and snorkel tours in Cabo. For our welcome day, I was originally thinking of doing a sunset cruise (our treat) and then dinner at the resort for our group of 22 unless the cruise offers dinner. I looked into the Buccaneer Queen but cannot get ahold of them and really haven't heard any reviews. Maye also suggested Sunrider.

I was also planning an optional group snorkel adventure during the week.

But I want your opinions - who did you use and what did you think?

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
