I need to buy good products for my hair i have it coloured and highlighted every six weeks(base)and then the next six weeks the highlites my hair is very grey so i have to keep it up.I have found in the past fructus to be not very good at all.I like to use john frieda although i am using the tresseme for blond as it was cheaper and im happy with it.I dont use a brush when im drying it i blast it with the hair drier and then use paste etc to define.I quite often wash it in the shower in the evening and leave the conditioner on it i leave it to dry whilst im sleeping and shower in the morning and wash it out and style.my diet isnt that good i dont drink enough water or eat that well im over weight by a good bit but i do have good hair shame about the face and body lolx

I used to have HORRIBLE hair, but I found great products, got a great cut, and found a few tricks.

1) ONLY wash your hair when the roots get oily, for curly hair, that is around 2 times a week, MAX. When my hair gets oily, I put it in a ponytail and tough it out for one more day.

2) Invest is a good leave-in conditioner. KPAX by Joyco is FABULOUS!

3) Avoid highlights, if you must color, go to your stylist, get an even colour and ask for for a toner boost if you want more dimension.

4) avoid any hair products with alcohol. If you use moose, check, most have it. Switch to pomades or creams. I use biosilk (a CHI product) which is like an oil for your hair, only use a dollop when your hair is wet, focus on ends.

5) cod liver oil is good, Salmon oil is better (according to my stylist), you can buy either in pill form, start with taking 6 a day, 2 per meal, before the meal...lol... or you might burp and taste fish

The changes will take about 6months to a year, but they are worth it!

Hope this helps!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
