Bridal Bouquet- What do you think?

So I know some of you ladies are fabulous with flowers. I first saw this bouquet on another thread and was drawn to it by the color. My BM dresses are a tourquoise color, and I was thinking fuschia flowers would look nice. What about for my bouquet though? Is it too loud? Should I mix in some other flowers? I am going for a tropical feel.

Susan.. I know what you mean I loved her wedding! I really want her dress too, haha but I'm sure I won't look like her (sigh sad.gif ). She doesn't post too often now but she does check in from time to time. She has mentioned before that we should PM her if we had any questions for her.

Susan I think it'll be a great look for your wedding. The calla lily is such a striking flower and then to select such a fabulous color would really give you a tropical feel without an array of tropical flowers.

I vote that you leave the bouquet as is... no fillers

Susan those flowers are gorgeous, I love the color!!! I am also doing a bright pink/fuschia color with some aqua mixed in. I think those flowers will look gorgeous with the turquoise and for you. I want really bright flowers, I think they look so great in pictures.

BTW, love your sig pic

Thanks for the vote of confidence everyone. I don't know why I've been so caught up on flowers the last few days, I can't tell you how many hours I've searched through pics, maybe I have some OCD tendencies :)...but I feel so much better now. My next worry, is making sure they are available in Oct. in Cancun.

Jenetta- I think you're right...I'll leave them as is.

Jilly- I agree...my best friend had really bright flowers and her pics were absolutely amazing..that's what got me hooked on finding something tropical in that color. Glad you like the sig pic...pretty cheesy, I know, but I thought it might be good for a few laughs. By the way...that my FI's real physique rofl.gif

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
