show us your rings!

Recommended Posts

Yayyy I can finally post! So DH and I did something out of the ordinary I had asked him at one point in our relationship that if we were ever to get married I wanted to see my "real" ring the day of our wedding. So he proposed with a cute small promise style ring and replaced it on the wedding day. We both saw our rings the day of and here they are :)

I love looking at everyone's rings!! They're all so different and beautiful!

I was so happy with the ring my hubby picked out. He went completley on his own and spent weeks going from store to store until he found "the one". It's hard to tell from the picture but the diamond is considered a floating diamond and the smaller diamonds that are on the side continue underneath and the main diamond creates a bridge. That's what sold him and that it was different.

His band is squared so it's super comfortable and for a guy that has never worn jewelery didn't take any time to get use to.

I love seeing everyone's rings - beautiful!!!

My fiance picked out my ring on his own & I couldn't be happier! It's exactly what I wanted. A princess cut solitaire, 1.3 ct. from Littman Jewelers. We haven't picked out my wedding band yet but I have an idea of what I want already wink.gif

Everyones rings are beautiful!!

Here is mine.. Which this is actually my second one. The first one me and the FI were not satisfied with so we went back and got a totally different ring.

Dont have a picture of my wedding band. We actually bought it to go with my first ring, but it still looks amazing with my new ring! I got pretty lucky :] I actually dont have a picture of FI's wedding band either. I pretty much gave up on ring taking pictures because they never turn out right frown.gif

I hope this works!

I LOVE my ring. We went to a store together to get ideas, and both fell in love with it. Then he convinced me that he wasn't going to get it and I was secretly very sad. So it was a great surprise when he proposed with it! This is a picture from online, my center stone is round 2.15 ct. I love the "crown" that the diamond sits in and the scrolling on the sides. I'm just nervous about getting a wedding band, as it has to be curved, but I don't want to see the band going around the center stone. Hmm!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
