Hello! I am hoping to get an opinion on which wedding band style to choose from. My e-ring is a single solitaire like this:

http://www.bluenile.com/ca/solitaire-diamond-engagement-ring-platinum_1

I know a lot of brides get matching bands but I want diamonds on my wedding band. ;) I really like this:

But when I tried on something similar in a jewelry store, it doesn't look good with my e-ring. Plus the wedding band doesn't sit flush.

Any suggestions?

Thx! :)

Have you thought of visiting the store where your E-ring came from? I'm sure they could help with getting a custom one.. I saw somewhere a wedding band with diamond bands saudered together... and the e-ring set perfectly in the middle.. I'll see if I can find a picture for you.

Thanks! That looks pretty nice but I was thinking of a wedding band that would look nice by itself too., for those days that I don't feel like wearing my e-ring.

My e-ring came from Blue Nile online store so its hard to judge from the pictures.

Hi somethingblue77

My FI picked my engagement ring out at Blue Nile too, and it's a similar solitaire like yours (see bellow with wedding band). It has 4 prongs like yours, maybe even the same setting?

700

I tried on lots of different wedding bands at Spence Diamonds to see what I liked without the salesman pressure. I looked at eterninty bands with smaller diamonds, but none of them looked right with the solitaire. Have you tried the e-ring with 2 eternity/diamond wedding bands on either side of it? That seems to balance it out I think. You could also look for wedding bands that have diamonds on the edge rather than the top of the band?

Good luck shopping!
