Hotel transportation

Since a few of the resorts do not offer transportation to the hotels how are you guys handling this? Are the guests responsible for their own transfer expenses or will you be covering the bill? I know transportation can be booked when making a reservation so are you letting your guests know to also book their transportation or will you tell them not to and just pay for a private van? I'm undecided on what to do.

Our TA has a package price for us which includes RT transportation through Jamaica Tours. I am cancelling that for me and my immediate family and hiring Lee's Tours since we are all getting in at the same time, its the same price and its private! I would look into Lee's tours or ask your TA if transportation is included.

I've been telling people to book roundtrip transfers when they book their trips. But I also gave them info on Tropical Tours and JUTA in case they want to do it on their own.

Our TA handled all this for us with the all inclusive package. That is with the exception of the departure taxes that you will be subject to leaving the island.

Thanks but I was talking about transportation from the airport to the resort/hotel....... not the taxes.
