I live in vegas... that being said, there's a million places to get married on a reasonable budget. What are you looking for? Something small or are you looking to get married with a big "to do?" If you want just a chapel wedding I would say the "Little Church of the West" is a great choice. They have been around forever, and it's actually a historical monument! here is the link to their web site http://www.littlechurchlv.com/ It's not a cheesy las vegas chapel. Not that anything's wrong with cheesy chapels, but the Little Church of the West is on the strip and has nice landscape around it. Where as most of the other chapels are downtown with not so nice landscape. You would be able to get some nice pics at the little church of the west. It's also right across from the "Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas" sign that is shown in movies and tv shows and stuff. (also right across from Mandalay Bay Hotel) If you're looiking for a place to get married and have a reception, let me know and I can fill you in on some great places for that too. If you're going to do that, give me an idea of your budget so I can send you in the right direction. If you have any questions, let me know! I would try and book something pretty quick if you have your mind set on that date cause all the good places will fill up quick! However, most of the chapels do probably 1-3 weddings an hour!!! (aren't you planning on 7-7-07?) Let me know if I can help you with anything!

Thank you for your help. We actually went with Excalibur. We're going to have our reception there as well. I got very lucky! They had one opening left for a banquet room for 7-07-07 so I took it!! We were actually thinking of Little Chapel of the West earlier in the planning(That's where my mom remarried) so we heard good about it, but then our guest list sort of exceeded the 45 people. So we needed something with more room! Thanks again!!! :0)

I'm getting married in Las Vegas also!

We are getting married July 28, 2007 at the Paris Las Vegas Hotel. We are getting married in the Chappele du Paradis. For now we have the Buca Di Beppo's reserved for dinner afterwards but I'm looking for other suggestions that serve good food on a tight budget. The whole idea of having our wedding in Vegas was to save money. We plan on inviting 90 people but we figure only 50 or so will show up. Any ideas?

That's the day we are getting married too! At 7pm! Very lucky - no one will forget your wedding with that date!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
