Sure no problem, I know my pic is kinda blurry blush2.gif ~ but the text is as follows, of course change according to your dates/info, etc.:

"To get a general estimate on the number of people attending our wedding in Mexico, we kindly request that you complete and return this postcard at your earliest convenience. A final RSVP request will be sent with our official invitation early next year. Thank you!

List your name(s) and email address:

_____ We don't think we can make it at this time, but we send you our best!

*** At the bottom I added our website address and password ~ I think it's a good idea to put your wedding website wherever you can so your guests will remember to check it out! cheesy.gif

Thanks for all the great ideas!!

Thank you ~ we are actually planning on sending out passport invites. It will be pretty much a booklet that will have "the important stuff". They will of course include the important stuff ~ date, time, location of our welcome dinner, wedding ceremony, reception. Wedding attire suggestions. Any info on activities, a short list of essentials to bring on the trip (beach stuff) and what kind of weather to expect. Also probably a list of interesting facts about the area. Def. a reminder that a passport is needed and website to get passport info. And of course our wedding website ~ always a good idea to have your guests check out your website to get all the important stuff!

*** I've saved some info and pics on great passport invites, if you wanna see em to get a visual of the info I will be including PM me!!! elefant.gif

To print the envelope and logo sticker on the envelope, I used a regular HP officejet. But to print the actual passes and pass holder we had to use a laser printer because the paper was just too thick or slick (the cardstock and metallic paper). There are some really affordable and quality laser printers if you're thinking of upgrading!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
