I live and die by the razor- I'm on the opposite spectrum though. My hair is really thick and without a good razoring it ends up totally poofy and librarian-ish. (no offense to librarians.)

I think doing some less chunky bangs would be a good start. You could still pin them back if you don't like it or just to shake up your look every once and awhile.

I like the look of the Katie, but I think it would be a little complicated. I think the Jeannie would be the most practical. The Nicole bangs might be in yours eyes all the time. I have super thick hair that doesn't like to follow directions, so I'm probably not the best one to ask!

I am getting my hair cut today and meant to post something similar.

I'm really thinking of doing something drastic! I get a wild hair every few years and chop it all off. I cut 6" before the wedding.

Now I don't know how short I want to go...

I vote for Jennie's and Nicole's! After my wedding, I am also looking to chop my hair off....Katie's cut is super cute but the bangs freak me out! What about a cut like Jenny McCarthy's? I love her hair!

Here's a couple pics-in the first pic the length is too short for me (ignore the one with her longer hair), but I like the bangs. I love the length of her sitting at the table with the other celebs...maybe you could incorporate the longer bangs with the length of her sitting at the table??

i find that when my hair is short it actually takes MORE time and maintenance than when it's long!

i always *want* bangs and right after i cut them i'm sorry and pin them back until i can grow them out. never did a heavy bang like katie's tho! i say go for it ... it's just hair, right?

I COMPLETELY agree....you can't throw short hair into a ponytail. Bangs are a lot of maintenance....

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
