the problem is i don't know if i will know what my bouquet will look like. i sent Nicole pictures of ones i did and didn't like - but i am not being very specific. maybe i should be! lol the one thing i liked about #1 is that it comes w/the 3 flowers, so i'd have options on what looks best 1, 2, or 3. i am so indecisive!

I like #2 best as well . . . do you prefer the artificial flower? I ask because I'm going to have Nicole get some fresh ones for me and I know she could do it for you. I may actually get the flower tiara but still am undecided. The artificial ones are cool though because of the clip.

I think they are all great....maybe consider the style and color of your dress when you think about the flowers for your hair and bouquet. I think orchids have a more modern feel, while #2 and #3 might look nice with touches of lace or applique. The last one has a nice tropical feel. My dress has a champagne/goldish under-layer, and I think the color of #4 would look really nice with it. Where did you find these flowers? I was planning on going with real flowers, but these look great, and I can see some of the advantages of going artificial.

Ok. . .so I had to look at your dress again before I could make a decision! After careful consideration, I agree with everyone else! lol! Either #1 or #2 would be really pretty!

I'm leaning a bit towards #2 because I think it somehow suits the "feel" of your dress a little more. So I guess I think #2 is the best choice as far as what goes with the dress and #1 is really pretty too...and you'd have the options w/ the number of flowers, like you said.

great tips ladies. i had sent nicole a bunch of bouquets that i liked and didn't like, (i like tammy's, the host, for example) - i like the softer, more muted shades as opposed to something overly tropical. i think someone, maybe Karla? has used this flower place, and said they were great. i was just worried about a real flower wilting, so i was thinking silk. and this was i could use it for the trial.

here is my dress:

I like number one. I enjoy the small flowers better. I think that way the flower won't take away from the style of your hair, but rather inhance it.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
