thanks girls....i am leaning towards two --- its just hard since i cant try it on....and the strapless is so freakin cheap....i will let you know when i decide...luckily my friends mom is a seamstress so i know she wont let me look bad and can fix whatever needs to be done... the back of the halter maggie is slightly different - still has the asymetrical bow and clasp but the top has lace - makes it super sexy....the nice thing about the strapless is it is corset which gives you a tiny waste and bigger boobies...lol...and the seamstress will add a partial modesty panel to cover a bit of the back so its not so open...you guys rock with all the feedback.. :)

Hi Toby, I'm late in responding but here is my two cents.. :-)

#1) I'm sorry I just don't like the hanging fabric in the front, IMO it takes away from your small waist. BUT with that said I love the back of it and I really like the strapless look on you.

#2) Is a very flattering on you, and I think when it's actually your size it will look amazing. However, I kind of wish the straps were a little thinner, I think with the thicker straps it takes away from your shape.

So I know I wasn't any help because I didn't really give an answer on which one I like more. It really is a hard decision. My advise, don't "force" a decision on yourself if you don't like things about each one, then you haven't found "the dress" yet. keep looking.. And more importantly keep your camera with you as you shop so we can continue to see pics.. :-)

I love #1 and don't mind the front piece at all. It looks great on you and I usually don't love strapless dresses.

I also love #2 bcause clearly I love V-necks! I think they are so elongating...I'd almost prefer the V-neck over the halter too, but hard to say since you didn't try it on.

Is the Maggie in your budget? If not $258 is CHEAP!!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
