when we hit dismiss, it just auto-closes the "connection" try and goes back to the main screen. it does give us the option to log on to our neighbors network (we get their same name when we reconnect to our laptop too.... shhhh but we used to use thiers a few years ago before we had wireless haha, but dont want to with the ipod.)

nope, no password needed for this one. and signal is pretty strong, at least the laptop works fine.
I got an i-touch for christmas and it's a whole new way to obsess over email, facebook, and this forum!! :)
i know! i am so totally excited to be able to use it for the forum! i can get on FB on my phone but bdw is too big for my phone, it just wont support. and it will be much easier than dragging my laptop all over when i want easy internet access.

Try tapping the button that says other under choose a network. Type in your network name and click on the security button choosing what type of security you have (most likely WEP) it should then ask for your password.

Good luck, I love my touch :) I was BDWing from a meeting the other day on it. :)

Oooo how fun! I have:

Sudoku- cause I love it, its so addicting and I play it all the time

Urbanspoon- cause whenever we want to eat somewhere FI always makes me choose and sometimes I just can't decide, and they have menus of the restaurants on there so that helps me decide

Save Benjis- cause I'm a crazy sales/coupon best deal buyer. so since I have the iTouch and iPhone I just type in the barcode and it finds the best deal for me!

Lose it- I'm trying to lose weight and since my iTouch is always w/ me it's real easy to add in what I eat and exercise. I always check it to see if I have enough calories to have a dessert or something, or if I need to go work out some more!

Facebook- no explanation needed

Deal or no deal- my fav game show and sometimes I need a break from sudoku

iHandy Level- I'm always putting picture frames up, etc and always need a level, it is actually kind of cool and fun

Google Earth- fun to play on

Myspace- no explanation needed

Ski Report- We spend alot of time on the slopes but our fav places are a couple hours drive so its nice to not have to google or anything i just pick up my iTouch and our slopes are all saved.

Hockey- cause I'm a big hockey fan and like to be up to date.

That is all for now I haven't looked at apps in a while, but don't like putting on a bunch i don't use. FI will put some on when we take a long drive and play on our trip (I drive cause he doesn't know how to drive! He's always speeding up and slowing down, speeding up and slowing down. It drives me crazy! So I drive) but then I erase them when we get home cause I hate the clutter.

Shwoops! I should have known there was already one! Maybe I should have just made it a troubleshooting thread instead. Oh well.

BTW I'm on it right now! So much lazier than getting off the couch and going over to the computer desk wink.gif

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
