LOL...I know!! I try to avoid it at all costs!! (pardon the pun!)
Nope...no duty for Vistaprint! I would double check both CDN & US websites though to see which is cheaper!

And for all my fellow Canadians I would suggest using the ".com" as opposed to the ".ca" vistaprint as the prices are cheaper!! But that was a few months ago, so you might want to double check!
The .ca and .com sites are now the same. Also. I LOVE Vista print! We made custom labels for our thank you cards with little characters of us. They're great!

Here is my little spiel on the custom labels. Love them : ) http://bestdestinationwedding.com/forum/t34348

I'm a computer dummy & have not idea how to design & upload (with the proper parameters!) so I just used what was there! Keep in mind if you don't like the text you can always change that! (Ie, if you like a bday card design, but it has happy bday written on it that can come off). Good Luck!!

I have ordered quite a few things off the vistaprint site (thought it was .com.au because I am in Australia) You can do your own design or get someone to help you and once you upload it you can use it as many times as you want. Although there may be a fee for the upload I sometimes get emails with free upload offers

50 oversized postcards-STD's
10 Thank You
1 Pad of paper
1 pad of post-its
100 return address labels
25 magnetic business cards
1 more thing but I can't think of it

All of this was free! I only have to pay shipping and total it was $20. You can reorder, in case you need more of something! There stuff is great! Very colorful and they have lots of beach scenes. All of the stuff I ordered have the same beach scene on them. With some stuff you can upload your own pics.

Once you order from this company you get lots of emails with more free offers. I have ordered twice and have been very happy with everything. If you order the regular sized postcards they have a small vistaprint logo near the bottom. The oversized ones don't.

I plan on using a picture from the wedding and making my in town reception invites-using another postcard.

I was so happy to learn about this site, so I thought I would pass it on.
Pictures! Pictures! Pictures! :) Do you have pictures to show us how awesome your stuff turned out? I should be getting my postcards any day now and I can't wait!

Thank you for the tip on how the small postcards have Vistaprint on them and the over sized ones don't...I think that'll be important for a lot of brides ordering the postcards! :)

This site has a free section with a small amount of free stuff on it. Once you order you will get emails, a LOT of emails, offering you all kinds of free stuff! I order picture calendars for my grandmas from them this Christmas as was very happy and only paid shipping.

Someone asked for pictures of my stuff, when I get chance I will try to take some.

Every time I order I order as much stuff as I can, even if I don't really need it. If I see I can get some Thank-yous free I do it because eventually I will need some thank-yous for something. It causes the shipping to go up but not a lot.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
